Our Story

CHEF TIDA PICHAKRON
The accomplished, award winning Chef Tida Pichakron earned a business degree at Texas A&M and after a few years in the corporate world decided to begin a new career as a pastry chef. She trained at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA. After completing her training in 2007, she returned to Dallas to work at the Adolphus Hotel's French Room before leaving for Las Vegas to join the opening team at the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel at City Center. After spending 3 1/2 years perfecting her skills and her palette in Las Vegas, she was thrilled to return to Texas in 2013 with her Executive Chef, Gianni Santin, to help advance Dallas as an international culinary destination. Tida's business acumen, competitive spirit and high level of skill and talent are a driving force that has also garnered local awards and national recognition through features on TLC and competitions on Food Network.

Now, Tida and her team of extremely talented artisans create exquisite pastries, desserts, cakes and more at our charming Old Lake Highlands kitchen. In addition to serving our East Dallas neighbors, we also create desserts for some of the finest hotels, and restaurants in the Metroplex. So, if you need to make someone's day a little sweeter, or yours, come say Howdy!
